A Steady Rhythm for Transformation

Welcome, dear one...

Say yes to a sacred reset.
To remembering your own radiance,
to reconnecting with your inner spark,
to tending the soil of your becoming.

Month by month, steep yourself in ritual, embodiment, intention, and gentle transformation.

We’ll move slowly. We’ll move truthfully.
And you’ll emerge with a clearer, steadier connection to your inner flame.

It’s not ‘just another program.’ It’s a steady, month-by-month rhythm designed to support your calm inner peace and your gentle, sustainable outer impact.
Before you go, I want to offer you something that will hold you steady throughout the year.
Why Join Now
You could do it alone. But you'd rather not.

You know that deep transformation is easier with a little support.

You offer support to so many others. And now, you're ready to allow someone to support you.
As someone walking the Luminous Journey,
you’re already attuning to your inner truth.
You’re already awakening momentum and clarity.
You’re already doing the good, sacred work.

The Flamekeeper’s Circle makes that transformation sustainable.
It holds you after January ends.
It offers rhythm, companionship, ritual, and aligned action.
And it ensures you don’t lose the thread you’re beginning to weave now.

If your nervous system longs for continuity…
If your purpose wants ongoing tending…
If your soul exhaled a quiet “yes”…
then the Circle is your next step.

But there are also practical reasons:
  • The bonuses are temporary.
  • The rate jumps to $252 on December 2025
  • You can lock in your reduced rate.

Root into the work you’re beginning.

Keep moving in the direction of your purpose.

Let your inner flame grow steady, clear, and strong.

Voices from the Path

These are not marketing lines. They’re the whispers, heartbreaks, breakthroughs, and quiet returns of people who trusted their inner spark — and allowed themselves to be held.

— “I found what’s truly mine”
— “My spark feels alive again”
— “Everything finally clicked.”

If your body softens reading these, you may be hearing the truth of your own longing.

My clients in their own words...

"Allowing Yael to guide you is like having the most experienced and confident and trustworthy Sherpa on your ascent of Mt. Everest... although in this case you are traversing your own internal landscape."

Lee
Psychologist & Coach

"I’ve done so much inner work over the years, but the process Yael guided me through helped everything finally click. The workbook and videos were like having a wise companion beside me — asking the exact right questions, helping me see patterns I hadn’t recognized, and inviting me to meet myself with compassion. My spark feels alive again. "

Bobbi
Coach

"I’ve worked in coaching programs before, but this was different. The process helped me find what’s truly mine — values I can’t argue with, strengths I had forgotten, and a way of seeing my inner parts as allies rather than flaws. It’s the most grounded, affirming, and liberating work I’ve ever done. "

Gail
Therapist

"Eveniet quam natus et commodi minus consequuntur enim iure magnam nam fugit voluptas."

Samantha

"Yael’s unique blend of psychiatry, spirituality, and deep authenticity makes her unlike anyone I’ve ever worked with. She’s generous with her time and wisdom — you always feel seen, cared for, and supported. The accessibility and personal connection are beyond anything I’ve experienced elsewhere."

Diana
Therapist

"I’ve led groups before, but I’d never been brave enough to join one. I was surprised by how safe, productive, and deeply connected it felt. Seeing how my parts mirrored others’ reminded me that I’m not alone. The group work was unexpectedly healing—a deep sense of belonging I didn’t know I needed."

Melissa
Therapist

"I came to coaching hoping to solve a few surface problems. What I found was a deeper transformation — understanding why I do what I do, how my parts try to protect me, and how compassion changes everything. This work has expanded my self-compassion and, by extension, my compassion for others. It’s changed how I live and lead."

Where Science Meets Soul

I’m Dr. Yael Dubin — a former psychiatrist and college professor turned self-leadership coach and spiritual guide.

Over nearly fifteen years in medicine and academia, I learned that what heals us most deeply isn’t diagnosis or theory—it’s remembering our sacred core, and learning to live from it.

My journey has been both scholarly and profoundly human. I hold an MD, two master’s degrees, and a PhD in theology.

But my true credentials were earned in the fires of lived experience — loss, adoption, divorce, and the courageous reclamation of my own luminous Self.

These thresholds taught me that healing is neither linear nor clinical. It is relational, embodied, and divine. My Judaism, Mussar practice, and lifelong study of mysticism infuse everything I offer with compassion, discernment, and grounded presence.

The actions we take from a regulated, luminous place shape the world we long to live in.

Frequently Asked Questions
A gentle clearing for any tender parts that still have questions.
  • What if I can’t come to all the live circles?
You are held whether you attend live or not.

Many members experience the sessions through the replays and still feel deeply supported and connected. Each gathering is designed as a ritual rather than a one-time event—meaning the intention, the teaching, and the energetic coherence remain intact long after the live moment has passed.

Come when you can. Receive in the way that feels right for your life.
  • I’m already busy. Will this feel like one more thing on my plate?
The membership is intentionally designed to reduce overwhelm, not add to it.

There is no homework, no pressure, and no expectation of constant engagement.
Monthly and quarterly gatherings act like sacred pauses—moments to breathe, re-center, and return to yourself.

This is not a productivity space.
    It’s a sanctuary.
  • What if I’m new to IFS, somatic work, or spiritual practices?
You don’t need prior experience of any kind.

Everything is offered gently and in plain, human language. Many members arrive curious but new to the frameworks.
You’ll learn through presence, not performance—and your own inner wisdom leads the way.

    Your background doesn’t matter.
Your willingness to show up with honesty does.
  • I’ve taken programs before and didn’t follow through. How is this different?
    Most programs push for progress.
    This membership supports organic unfolding.

    Clients often say things like:
    “Everything finally clicked.”
“My goals shifted into something more aligned.”
    “My spark feels alive again.”

You won’t be left to navigate alone.
The monthly rhythm, the safe container, and the steady presence all support gentle, sustainable integration—not willpower.
  • What if I start and realize it’s not for me?
You can cancel anytime with a simple click—no guilt, no hoops. You will not be refunded, but your membership will not be renewed.

In lieu of a refund you will be offered a 1:1 session with Yael.

    Your agency matters.
Your inner knowing is trusted here.
  • What if I’m sensitive or introverted?
You are welcome exactly as you are — quietly, tenderly, without needing to perform or push past your natural rhythms.

I’m deeply introverted myself, and that truth shapes this entire space. This membership isn’t a high-energy social container; it’s a soft gathering where we move at a gentle pace. I created it for people like us — people who flourish in quiet circles, thoughtful pauses, and intentional connection.

There are always avenues for anonymous or low-pressure participation:

optional written check-ins if you’d rather type than speak

the ability to keep your camera off

reflective prompts that don’t require sharing

community spaces where you can engage silently, occasionally, or not at all

Many introverted and sensitive members tell me the experience feels grounding, steadying, and unexpectedly safe — like stepping into someone’s softly lit living room rather than a bustling group.

Participation is always invitational, never required.
You choose the level of presence that nourishes you.
You choose the rhythm that honors your energy.
You choose when and how (or if) you engage.

And you will be met with warmth either way.
  • Is this therapy?
No. This is not psychotherapy or medical care.

The membership blends Internal Family Systems wisdom, somatic grounding, mindfulness, Torah mysticism, and leadership psychology—but always in an educational, reflective, and spiritual framework and with an integrated focus on coaching you to use these tools with ever increasing mastery.

If you have a therapist, this space can beautifully complement that work.
  • What if my goals or inner landscape shift during the year?
    That is expected—and celebrated.

Most members find their goals evolve as they come into deeper relationship with their values and inner world. One client described this as “finding what’s truly mine” and another as “becoming my own guide, healer, and leader.”

This membership is designed to support that evolution, not hold you to outdated expectations.
  • What makes this membership different from others?
You’re not just joining a membership.
    You’re entering a sacred rhythm.

    Your year is held by:

    monthly cycles of reflection

    deep, compassionate inner work

    grounded psychological + spiritual frameworks

    community that feels like belonging

and attuned guidance that helps you integrate—not rush

Clients consistently describe this as the most affirming, clarifying, and transformative work they’ve ever done.
  • Will I get personal attention?
Yes, in a spacious and sustainable way.

You’ll be held by my presence in every gathering.
And if you choose, you may add twice-monthly Voxer Office Hours—gentle, attuned voice-note support that many describe as unexpectedly transformative.

Presence is the heart of this space.
  • This is a new membership; what if you don't get
ou will not find yourself in an empty or abandoned space here.

This membership is intentionally designed to flourish at any size — whether we begin with a small circle or a larger gathering. Because the work lives in the depth of the container, not the volume of it, a more intimate group can actually feel even safer, warmer, and more transformative.

I am committed to tending this membership for the full year, regardless of enrollment numbers. Your experience and your growth will be held with the same presence, care, and structure whether there are five people or fifty.

And remember: introverted, sensitive spaces often deepen because they begin small.

You’ll be joining a living, evolving circle — one that will grow organically in alignment with the people it’s meant to serve.

If somewhere inside you there’s a quiet yes — a part of you that knows longing, tiredness, or hope — this is your invitation to come home.

To a circle where you are seen.

To a rhythm that nourishes, not demands.

To a flame that burns steady, gentle, and true.
